IPTV Ireland provides access to IPTV streaming services as a reseller. We do not host, upload or store any media content on our own servers. All content is sourced from third-party providers and streamed directly to your device via your internet connection.

3. Permitted Use

Your subscription is for personal, private and non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

Share, resell or redistribute your login credentials
Use the service for public broadcasting or commercial screenings
Attempt to copy, record or redistribute any streamed content
Use the service in any way that violates applicable Irish or EU la

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. IPTV Ireland will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. Subscription & Payment

All payments are final and processed securely via SSL-encrypted gateways
Subscriptions are non-transferable
The 1-month plan is not eligible for a refund (see our Refund Policy)
IPTV Ireland reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, without affecting active subscriptions

6. Service Availability

IPTV Ireland strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for temporary outages caused by third-party server providers, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination

IPTV Ireland reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to credential sharing or illegal use of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

IPTV Ireland shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or interruption of service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
